Our Spice Processing House located in Eara, Kerala is dedicated to 100% natural extraction and processing of spices. Our processing facility boasts of state-of-the-art technologies ensuring quality at every step of the process from the raw material to the finished product. Our Good Manufacturing Practices certification which is covered by National and International regulations, is key to product quality, compliance and safety. The facility is ISO 22000:2018 certified and assures our customers a globally recognized quality-control system. For the volume of spices we handle at our facility, we have invested extensively into technologically advanced processing lines for spice and seed cleaning, extraction, blending and packaging. We meticulously manage each aspect of the product from its moisture content and appearance, to the control of allergenic substances. Quality control inspectors ensure that the products that are received, stored, shipped and distributed are under good sanitary practices, and does not expose the risk of contamination at any stage.
